I dedicate this album to the late John Mitchum. Many folks have heard John Wayne’s great renditions from his album “America, Why I Love Her” and never realized that John Mitchum wrote most of those poems. Mr Mitchum inspired this writer greatly in the short time I knew him. He was a true “wordsmith.”
